Lead the setup and deployment of Workday's Time Tracking and Absence Management modules to ensure accurate timekeeping, attendance, and leave management for employees
Tailor the Time and Absence Management modules to fit organizational needs, including adjusting shift patterns, time-off policies, and industry-specific compliance requirements.
Analyze and redesign existing workflows to enhance the efficiency of time and absence processes while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, such as FLSA and labor laws
Implement automation for key functions like time-off accruals, overtime calculations, and absence reporting, minimizing manual intervention and reducing errors.
Work closely with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to ensure that the configuration of time and absence modules aligns with payroll processing needs, labor laws, and company policies
Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for Workday Time and Absence, ensuring seamless integration with other Workday modules such as HCM and Payroll.
Design and implement workflows that adhere to compliance regulations while optimizing employee time-tracking and leave management processes
Lead thorough testing of configurations to ensure time and absence data is accurate and compliant with organizational policies before go-live.
Oversee UAT for the Workday Time and Absence modules, addressing and resolving any issues raised by users before final deployment
Develop comprehensive training materials to equip HR and Payroll teams with the skills needed to efficiently use the Workday Time and Absence modules
Provide hands-on training to HR, Payroll, and related teams to ensure they understand the functionality and can navigate the Workday modules effectively
Offer post-go-live support, including troubleshooting issues and recommending enhancements based on user feedback and system performance
Ensure that all time and absence solutions comply with local and global labor laws, organizational policies, and any applicable union agreements
Create and maintain reports and dashboards for HR, Payroll, and management to monitor workforce attendance, time-off trends, and absenteeism effectively

Minimum 3-5 years of experience working with Workday, specifically in Time Tracking and Absence Management modules
Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance considerations specific to the pharmaceutical industry.
Proficient in creating and customizing Workday reports related to time and absence management
Knowledge of integration points with Workday HCM and Payroll, ensuring seamless data flow between modules
