Develop a comprehensive performance testing strategy based on application architecture, gathered statistics, and customer requirements
Plan performance testing activities, define stories, create tasks, and estimate time and resources needed for successful execution
Ensure performance testing is integrated into the continuous delivery pipeline, automating processes where possible for efficiency.
Choose the right performance testing tools and set up the test environment based on the application's architecture and performance goals
Design complex testing scenarios that simulate real-world use, mixing transactions and distributing loads across system components
Execute performance tests in the cloud or against cloud-hosted applications, ensuring scalability and stability under various load conditions
Diagnose performance issues at different levels, including application, database, network, and infrastructure, using tools such as APMs and profilers
Incorporate client-side performance analysis into testing efforts to ensure a smooth user experience across all environments
Compile test results, create detailed reports, and present findings to project stakeholders and management in project meetings, retrospectives, and demos
Actively participate in performance reviews with customers, discussing bottlenecks, improvements, and ongoing performance optimizations
Guide and mentor less experienced performance testers, sharing knowledge and best practices to help them grow in their roles
Identify potential risks to the performance testing process, discuss them with the team, and propose mitigations to prevent critical issues

Must have at least 2 years of experience in Workday Studio development, specifically with Workday Extend.
Proven experience in designing, building, testing, and deploying integration solutions for Workday HR modules
Ability to analyze complex Workday business requirements to determine their impact on or changes to Workday integrations architecture
Hands-on experience in the development of various inbound and outbound interfaces within the Workday environment
Strong troubleshooting skills for resolving integration issues, requiring in-depth expertise in the Workday solution
Demonstrated integration experience in HR-related domains, including core HR, compensation, benefits, recruiting, talent, and performance management
Ability to coordinate assigned deliverable schedules to ensure that timelines are met and projects are completed on time
Experience providing guidance to the team on integration strategies, ensuring best practices are followed
Expertise in providing best-in-class architecture and solutions for all integration needs associated with Workday
Experience performing all test cycles for integrations to ensure successful end-to-end delivery of integration solutions
Active participation in Workday customization activities, including tuning and workflow adjustments
Strong skills in documenting integration processes, requirements, and architecture for future reference and compliance
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and project management, to gather requirements and provide updates
