Responsibilities
- Configure Workday Time & Absence Modules
- Design, configure, and maintain the Workday Time & Absence modules based on user stories and requirements within a SAFE/Scrum environment
- Collaborate with Stakeholders
- Work closely with Product Owners and other stakeholders to improve the functionality of Time & Absence modules, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Support System Upgrades and Testing
- Perform system release testing, upgrades, and quality assurance to maintain the reliability and effectiveness of Workday’s Time & Absence solutions
- Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution
- Provide technical support, resolve incidents, and troubleshoot system-related issues efficiently to minimize operational disruptions
- Develop Training Materials
- Support the creation and delivery of training content to enhance user adoption and understanding of Workday Time & Absence functionalities
- Test Case Development and Execution
- Create comprehensive ‘use case’ test scenarios and manage their execution to ensure high-quality implementation and updates
- Implement Process Improvements
- Proactively identify and implement improvements in processes and configurations to enhance system performance and user satisfaction
- Communicate Technical and Business Solutions
- Provide clear and effective communication about technical and business issues, tailoring the information to various audiences across the organization.
- Maintain Customer-Centric Focus
- Foster a customer-centric approach by anticipating stakeholder needs and managing interactions with cultural awareness and responsiveness
- Apply Workday HCM Expertise
- Utilize Workday HCM (Core) expertise to integrate and align Time & Absence configurations with other HR systems and modules
- Work in Agile Frameworks
- Contribute effectively in a SAFE/Scrum environment, managing multiple priorities while maintaining agility and delivering results in a fast-paced setting

Requirements
- Workday Certification
- Certification in Workday Time and Absence, with at least 5 years of hands-on configuration experience.
- Proven Workday HCM Expertise
- In-depth understanding and practical expertise in Workday HCM (Core), including its integration with Time & Absence modules.
- SAFE/Scrum Experience
- Ability to work effectively in a SAFE or Scrum Agile environment, managing sprints and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Configuration Skills
- Demonstrated ability to configure Workday Time & Absence modules based on user stories and business requirements.
- Incident Resolution Skills
- Proven track record in troubleshooting, resolving system incidents, and providing technical support to ensure minimal downtime.
- Testing and Quality Assurance
- Experience in creating, organizing, and executing detailed test cases and system testing for enhancements and upgrades
- Training Development
- Ability to design and deliver training materials and sessions to support user adoption and understanding of Workday functionalities
- Customer-Centric Approach
- Strong commitment to customer-centricity, with the ability to anticipate user needs and respond effectively to diverse audiences
- Communication Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
