Responsibilities
- Manage Event Management System Setup
- Configure and maintain the Event Management product to support the organization and execution of webinars, virtual trade shows, and physical event planning
- Event Content Coordination
- Ensure event content is consistent and seamlessly integrated with other digital marketing campaigns and platforms
- Customer Experience Optimization
- Analyze user feedback and system data to enhance the overall customer experience during webinars and trade shows
- Pre-Event Planning Support
- Provide technical and logistical support for pre-event planning, ensuring the platform aligns with the event’s goals.
- Promotional Campaign Integration
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align event promotions with broader digital marketing strategies
- System Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution
- Identify and resolve technical issues within the Event Management product to ensure smooth event execution
- Webinar and Virtual Trade Show Monitoring
- Monitor live events for technical and content-related issues, providing real-time support to event organizers
- User Training and Documentation
- Develop and deliver training sessions and user guides to help teams effectively utilize the Event Management product
- Cross-Platform Integration Support
- Assist in the integration of the Event Management product with CRM, email marketing, and analytics tools to improve data flow and efficiency
- Feedback Collection and System Improvement
- Gather user feedback post-event to suggest improvements and drive updates to the platform
- Event Reporting and Analytics
- Generate and analyze reports on event performance, customer engagement, and system utilization to provide actionable insights
- Compliance and Security Management
- Ensure that the Event Management product complies with data privacy regulations and security standards during the execution of all events
Requirements
- Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- Experience
- Minimum 5 years in application support (incident, problem, and change analysis); second-line support preferred
- Communication Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication

- Strong coordination and teamwork skills
- Supervision
- Experience supervising junior specialists

- Fluent English

- Database Knowledge
- Proficiency in relational databases, especially Oracle

- Strong skills in SQL, PL/SQL, MS SQL, Unix/Linux, and SharePoint
- Documentum Knowledge
- Familiarity with the Documentum platform for system services
- Team Leadership
- Proven ability to plan and organize team workflows
- Certifications
- ITIL Foundation Certificate with Release Management process knowledge
- Analytical Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Understanding of the software building process

- Experience with Windows Server, SQL Server, and IIS
