Lead the technical architecture and design of data products and data pipeline solutions on the AWS platform, ensuring they meet scalability, security, and performance requirements
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of data engineers and data scientists, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and business stakeholders, to align technical solutions with business objectives and requirements
Create comprehensive technical documentation outlining system architecture, design decisions, and processes to ensure clarity and knowledge transfer
Drive the development and execution of the technical roadmap for data product development on AWS, leveraging industry best practices and standards

Proven experience in technical leadership roles, specifically in building data products and data pipeline solutions on the AWS platform
In-depth knowledge of AWS services such as Lambda, Fargate, EC2, S3, AWS Glue, Athena, Step Functions, Event Bridge, and SQS
Strong understanding of data architecture, data modeling, and ETL processes, particularly in the context of AWS-based solutions and Snowflake
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization
Experience in optimizing and fine-tuning data pipelines for performance, reliability, and scalability
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues, ensuring the reliability of the data infrastructure
Knowledge of SQL for data querying and manipulation, with experience in writing complex queries
Ability to work with both structured and unstructured data sources, ensuring effective data integration and processing
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to address technical challenges efficiently
Proficiency in Python for developing data processing scripts and applications
