Serve as the primary coordinator between the Indian provider, Polish provider, and Roche Pune teams, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration
Offer architectural insight on AWS infrastructure, ensuring the technical teams implement scalable and efficient solutions
Critically assess and challenge technical decisions made by teams, ensuring the most effective AWS solutions are selected
Collaborate with teams to decide on the most optimal AWS solutions, balancing performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness
Ensure that AWS storage services, such as S3 and FSx, are used effectively to meet the project’s data storage needs
Manage and provide oversight for AWS data transfer services like DataSync and AWS Transfer to ensure seamless data movement across platforms
Oversee the setup and optimization of analytics solutions such as Elastic Compute Cluster, ensuring performance and scalability for data processing
Provide expertise on the use of databases, particularly graph databases, ensuring they are configured and managed efficiently within the AWS ecosystem
Ensure that AWS services are designed for scalability, enabling the system to handle growing workloads without compromising performance
Oversee the setup of high availability and fault tolerance measures within the AWS architecture to ensure continuous uptime and system reliability
Monitor AWS resource usage and ensure cost management practices are in place, optimizing the use of resources to stay within budget
Act as a knowledge-sharing facilitator between the different teams, ensuring everyone has a shared understanding of AWS infrastructure and best practices
Ensure that all AWS services and infrastructure adhere to security best practices, including data encryption, identity management, and access control
Continuously review the AWS architecture in use, ensuring it evolves with project needs and incorporates the latest AWS offerings and best practices

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey requirements clearly and assertively to both development teams and stakeholders
Ability to explain requirements in detail to development teams, including defining acceptance criteria and facilitating backlog refinement sessions
Experience in managing and organizing the product backlog, ensuring that it is refined, prioritized, and aligned with project goals
Ability to work closely with the Delivery Manager (DM) on resolving product-related issues and ensuring smooth project progress
Responsibility for keeping the Delivery Manager and other stakeholders updated on the product status, including progress, risks, and any changes in scope
Ability to identify, assess, and manage product-related risks, with a clear process for escalating risks to the Delivery Manager when necessary
High availability and responsiveness to the development team, providing quick answers to product questions and clarifying requirements as needed
