Engage with consultancy clients to understand their specific business needs, challenges, and objectives, ensuring alignment with platform capabilities
Assess customer use cases and business requirements, translating them into technical solutions that leverage platform capabilities effectively
Design and propose solutions for adapting platform capabilities within new consultancy projects, focusing on scalability and high customer impact
Work closely with Lead Architects and Technical Leads to ensure proposed solutions fit the broader technical architecture and meet project requirements
Collaborate with the platform team to develop and update technical documentation, including user guides and best practices, for both existing and new platform features
Contribute to the design of service architectures in consultancy projects that integrate platform capabilities, ensuring scalability and future growth potential
Work with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and stakeholders, to ensure smooth delivery of platform solutions in consultancy engagements.
Organize and lead technical workshops with clients to demonstrate platform features, explain proposed solutions, and gather feedback for continuous improvement

Extensive experience in performance testing with a proven track record of successful optimizations across different projects
Solid understanding of performance testing methodologies, including stress, load, endurance, and scalability testing, with the ability to select the right approach for each project.
Proven experience in planning testing efforts, breaking down complex tasks into manageable stories, and estimating resources and timelines
Proficiency in selecting and using performance testing tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, or similar, as well as APMs and profilers
Experience in running performance tests in a cloud environment, understanding cloud-specific challenges and optimization techniques
Ability to identify and troubleshoot performance problems across application, database, network, and infrastructure levels using appropriate tools
Familiarity with client-side performance testing techniques, including browser-based performance analysis and user experience testing
Experience in automating performance tests and integrating them into CI/CD pipelines, using tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI.
Expertise in tuning and optimizing systems under test to meet or exceed defined performance targets
Strong understanding of modern application architectures, including microservices, distributed systems, and cloud-native applications, to tailor testing efforts accordingly
Basic understanding of risk management and the ability to identify and mitigate performance-related risks throughout the testing lifecycle
Ability to create performance testing strategies, plans, and high-level overviews, as well as detailed reports and dashboards tailored to different audiences
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present performance results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Willingness to share expertise and best practices with colleagues, helping to elevate the overall team's performance testing capabilities
Experience in mentoring junior testers or team members, fostering growth and knowledge sharing within the team
