Design and develop innovative mobile software solutions tailored for healthcare clients
Collaborate with clinical teams to gather and prioritize healthcare-specific software requirements
Develop customer journeys and user stories that reflect client needs and expectations
Work with UI/UX designers to ensure the software interface is intuitive and user-friendly
Collaborate with software architects to implement technical solutions aligned with client specifications
Coordinate with near- and off-shore development teams to ensure consistent and timely project delivery
Liaise with vendors to integrate third-party solutions into healthcare software products
Ensure all software products meet quality standards and are reliable for healthcare applications
Provide training to internal teams on new software features and functionalities
Maintain clear communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals
Address and resolve any technical challenges that arise during software development
Create and maintain technical documentation for the developed software solutions

Bachelor’s degree in Informatics, Mathematics, Software Engineering, or related field with a strong IT focus
Minimum of 1 year of working experience in a healthcare context, focusing on mobile application implementation
Proficiency in iOS and/or Android development using tools like Swift, SwiftUI, Kotlin, and Jetpack Compose
Basic understanding of both iOS and Android operating systems
Expert knowledge of software architecture, including network, infrastructure, security, persistence, application, and frontend levels
Proven experience contributing to international development teams and collaborating with various stakeholders
Deep understanding of programming patterns (e.g., MVC, MVVM) and development frameworks (e.g., Declarative UI, Angular, Xamarin, React).
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and technical writing for both technical and business audiences
Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
German proficiency at a minimum of C1 level (ideally C2).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities
Ability to work under tight timelines and manage multiple project deliveries in parallel.
Familiarity with agile project management tools like Jira or Trello
Experience working with Workday Compensation modules.
Strong grasp of emerging healthcare technologies and their applications
Proficiency in standards like HL7/FHIR, SNOMED, OMOP, and openEHR
Experience integrating systems across clinical domains (EMR, CIS, LIMS, etc.)
Ability to drive adoption of new technologies in healthcare projects
Knowledge of software across clinical domains and system collaboration
