Liaise with key stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
Interface with customer representatives as needed to gather insights and requirements.
Organize and conduct workshops with clients to collect and clarify business requirements.
Complete assigned tasks in a timely manner and report regularly to the Manager and onsite coordinators.
Assist in testing created applications and systems to ensure they meet business needs.
Promote a quality-focused work environment and foster teamwork by leading by example.
Engage in organization-wide initiatives to improve team dynamics and collaboration.
Knowledge of core Wealth/Asset Management systems, with exposure to platforms such as BlackRock’s Aladdin or Charles River, or equivalent.
Familiarity with Avaloq, Temenos, Simcorp, or FIS Wealth Management products.
Exposure to front office platforms like Charles River, Aladdin, Bloomberg AIM, or similar.
Experience working with data, understanding relational data models, and writing SQL queries.
Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate findings and recommendations.
Very good knowledge of English and a minimum B2 level in German.
Over 3-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Wealth or Asset Management industry, with end-to-end implementation experience.
Strong understanding of various asset classes, including fixed income, equity, and derivatives across front office, middle office, and back office operations for both buy and sell sides.
Ability to gather business requirements (product settings, workflows, accounting rules, etc.) from clients and translate them into customized configurations.
Act as a liaison between clients and developers, effectively translating business requirements into technical language.
Understanding of financial markets, instruments (investment funds), WAM processes, and WAM IT architecture/system interfaces.
