  • Data exploration

  • Preparation and interpretation of periodic reports

  • Preparation, monitoring, and interpretation of indicators

  • Development of tools supporting analysis and performance reporting

  • Preparation of numerical and graphical data presentations for management

  • Participation in projects, as well as independently leading them

  • Creation of procedures, templates, and tools aimed at improving and optimizing processes

  • Support for other departments of the company

  • Maintenance of existing tools, as well as proposing and implementing new solutions

  • Preparation of calculations and analyses supporting business decisions, e.g., profitability analysis

  • Support and coordination of services, administrative tasks, preparation of the reporting environment, data control, and analysis

  • Participating in and independently leading meetings

  • Regular monitoring of the quantitative and qualitative results of various company departments

  • Leading process optimization projects within the company, searching for and contacting external suppliers of tools and training

  • Coordinating and participating in the request for proposal (RFP) / request for information (RFI) process from clients

  • Developing and implementing procedures in key business areas of Seargin

  • Conducting training for other employees

  • Skills in establishing contacts and building relationships easily, openness, and proactiveness in undertaken tasks

  • Knowledge of VBA and/or Apps Script


  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an independent position related to planning, analysis, or optimization

  • Proficiency in English at a B2 level in both speaking and writing

  • Higher education (business analytics or related fields)

  • Very good knowledge of the MS Office suite (advanced level of MS Excel required), and good knowledge of Power BI

  • Experience and skills in working with large amounts of data (Big Data) from various sources

  • Ability to create and implement procedures that optimize processes

  • Highly developed analytical and organizational skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and flexibility in responding to a changing business environment
