Collaborate on feature releases and bug fixes within our IAM tool workflow using Java, and maintain a broad understanding of the system landscape.
Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for the Identity and Access Management solutions, particularly with SailPoint IdentityIQ, including customizations using Java.
Work in small technical teams to design end-to-end infrastructure solutions, ensuring adequate documentation and technical specifications are maintained.
Engage with internal and external partners on complex technical matters, participate in Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and conduct feasibility studies to evaluate emerging technologies.
Proactively monitor IAM systems for performance, availability, and capacity management, minimizing escalations and ensuring system reliability.
Respond promptly to customer requests, manage escalated incidents, and implement changes to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement.
Follow ITIL, GxP, and Project Management processes, including Request, Incident, Change, Problem Management, Document Management, and Project Management.
Focus on self-development by creating actionable plans to enhance technical and soft skills, and be open to cross-training in additional technical areas.
Provide 24x7 on-call support approximately one week every other month, with flexibility regarding working hours.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the IAM domain
Strong hands-on experience in Java development and a solid understanding of Identity Management methodologies and tools, particularly SailPoint IdentityIQ.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience recognized by industry certification.
Strong customer focus, adaptability to organizational change, and the ability to work effectively in a large, global, and regulated organization.
Proficiency in English with strong negotiation and documentation skills.
Willingness to adapt to evolving technologies and processes and to work in a dynamic and changing environment.
