Responsibilities:

  • Agile Education and Support

    Teach agile principles and provide tools to employees, helping them implement agile processes in their work.

  • Team Leadership

    Guide teams through the agile methodology, offering feedback, answering questions, and leading by example.

  • Collaboration and Innovation

    Use techniques to enhance collaboration and promote a culture of experimentation within agile team(s).

  • Interdepartmental Coordination

    Work closely with business, development, and leadership teams to ensure excellent delivery and support organizational standards.

Requirements:

  • Agile Experience

    7+ years of direct experience with agile methodologies as a Scrum Master or agile team member, with a proven track record of bringing teams to agile maturity.

  • Educational Background

    Bachelor’s degree or beyond in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields, or comparable professional experience.

  • Leadership and Conflict Resolution

    Aptitude for dissolving disagreements, steering stakeholder collaborations, and offering mentorship on agile methodologies.

  • Innovative Thinking

    Analytical and conceptual skills to design and implement new solutions.

  • Communication Skills

    Verbal and written communication capabilities to convey concepts and influence others.

  • Customer and Team Relationship

    Ability to maintain good relationships with customers and IT colleagues, meeting expected service levels.
