  • Data exploration

  • Preparation and interpretation of periodic reports

  • Preparation, monitoring, and interpretation of indicators

  • Development of tools supporting analysis and performance reporting

  • Preparation of numerical and graphical data presentations for management

  • Participation in projects, as well as independently leading them

  • Creation of procedures, templates, and tools aimed at improving and optimizing processes

  • Support for other departments of the company

  • Maintenance of existing tools, as well as proposing and implementing new solutions

  • Preparation of calculations and analyses supporting business decisions, e.g., profitability analysis

  • Support in service coordination, administrative tasks, preparation of the reporting environment, data control, and analysis

  • Participation in meetings as well as independently leading them

  • Regular monitoring of quantitative and qualitative results of individual departments of the company

  • Conducting training for other employees

  • Technical support for the customer


  • Minimum one year of experience in an independent role related to planning, analysis, or optimization

  • Proficiency in English at a B2 level in both speaking and writing

  • Higher education (business analytics or related fields)

  • Very good knowledge of the MS Office suite (advanced level in MS Excel required)

  • Experience and skills in working with large amounts of data (Big Data) from various sources

  • Ability to work under time pressure and flexibility in responding to changing business environments

  • Highly developed analytical and organizational skills

  • Ability to easily establish contacts and build relationships, openness, and proactivity in tasks undertaken

  • Basic knowledge of VBA

  • Knowledge of Power BI

  • Skills in creating and implementing procedures that optimize processes
