Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Team management: onboarding mentoring and training new employees, setting priorities and assigning tasks, supervising the implementation of team members' tasks, motivating, daily support in finding solutions and solving problems, setting goals, monitoring results, reporting to the supervisor

  • Responsibility for achieving the team's goals

  • Preparation of summaries, analyses, and reports, presenting them to the Management

  • Creation of procedures, tools, and processes within the company

  • Coordination of processes, tasks, and responsibilities within the Reporting and Analysis department

  • Team management, conducting regular meetings, performance evaluation, approval of hours, and organization of tasks

  • Preparation, monitoring, and interpretation of indicators, regular reports, and presentation of data for management

  • Initiating and leading projects aimed at improving processes within the company, proposing tools and solutions

  • Product development for the company

  • Support for the Delivery department

  • Creation of procedures, templates, and tools to improve and optimize processes at Seargin, maintaining current ones

  • Support for other departments within the company

  • Support and coordination of services, administrative tasks, preparation of reporting environment, data control, and analysis

  • Creation of tools and environment for reporting and analysis for project teams providing services to clients

  • Regular monitoring of quantitative and qualitative results of individual company departments

  • Management of process optimization projects within the company, seeking and contacting external suppliers of tools and training

  • Team development, organization of training sessions, verification of knowledge and work skills, conducting recruitment interviews

  • Coordination and participation in the process of client inquiries (RFP / RFI)

  • Conducting and organizing training sessions for other employees

  • Conscientious execution of assigned tasks

  • Administrative tasks


  • Proficiency in SAP

  • Good command of the English language

  • Familiarity with Excel, SQL, Power BI, etc.
