Responsibilities:

  • Analyze Automation Opportunities

    Identify and analyze opportunities for automation within HR Operational teams and Employee Lifecycle Management processes

  • Coordinate with HR Teams

    Work closely with HR Operational teams to understand their needs and gather requirements for automation solutions

  • Develop Business Requirements

    Create detailed business requirements documents to guide the development of automation and RAD solutions

  • Facilitate Communication Between Teams

    Act as a liaison between HR Operational teams and the Automation and RAD Product Line to ensure smooth communication and collaboration

  • Prioritize Automation Initiatives

    Evaluate and prioritize automation initiatives based on their potential impact and feasibility

  • Oversee Project Implementation

    Coordinate the implementation of automation projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope

  • Conduct Impact Analysis

    Assess the impact of automation solutions on existing HR processes and systems, ensuring minimal disruption

  • Monitor Project Progress

    Track the progress of automation projects, providing regular updates to stakeholders and addressing any issues that arise

  • Provide Training and Support

    Organize training sessions and provide ongoing support to HR teams to ensure they can effectively use new automation tools

  • Document Processes and Outcomes

    Maintain comprehensive documentation of all processes, decisions, and outcomes related to automation initiatives for future reference and continuous improvement

What we offer

Requirements:

  • Professional Experience

    At least 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field

  • English Proficiency

    Proficiency in English at C1 level, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Linguistic and Communication Skills

    Mastery of linguistic skills, high personal culture, active listening, and clear formulation of ideas

  • Expert Business Analysis Knowledge

    Deep understanding of business analysis areas and techniques, including requirement elicitation and definition

  • Analytical Thinking

    Strong analytical thinking ability, with experience in collecting requirements, creating use cases, and modeling business processes

  • System Usability Knowledge

    Practical knowledge of issues related to system and application usability

  • Requirements Definition

    Expert ability to elicit and define user, functional, and non-functional requirements

  • Stakeholder Management

    Experience managing and working with stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure clear communication of objectives and requirements

  • Scope Definition

    Ability to define and set the scope of projects, releases, and sprints effectively

  • Requirements Definition Techniques

    Practical knowledge of various requirements definition techniques, such as use cases, scenarios, user stories, and acceptance criteria

  • Analytical Artifacts

    Experience with analytical artifacts, including process modeling, process mapping, and data dictionaries

  • Technical Documentation

    Ability to translate requirements into technical specifications and create high-quality documentation

  • Agile and Waterfall Understanding

    Practical understanding of agile software development processes and principles, as well as knowledge of waterfall processes and the differences between the two approaches

  • Leadership and Coordination

    Ability to lead and coordinate teams, organize work, and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of tasks
