Responsibilities
- Operations Support Plan Development
- Lead/Author of Operation Support Plan
- Data Operations Resource Management
- Co-share this resource with DIGI/Enterprise data – Data Operation lead or related personnel
- Operational Delivery and Governance Accountability
- Accountable for the operational delivery, governance, and continuous improvement of product services
- Service Delivery Ownership
- Understands and owns every aspect of the service delivery, governance, and performance
- Primary Business Interface and Escalation Contact
- Face to the business for operational services and the initial single point of contact and escalation for operational service issues
- Continuous Improvement Advocate
- Responsible for driving continuous improvements to facilitate “good enough” team output and elevate the overall service experience
- Collaborative Release Management
- In collaboration with Product Managers, ensure releases and changes are delivered in a controlled and agile manner
- Service and Product Operations Leadership
- Lead the operations of services and products to achieve fit-for-purpose service levels in productivity, quality, output, and cost
- Run Squad Leadership
- May act as squad lead for run squads (ops or DevOps)
Requirements
- IT and Business Systems Analysis Experience
- 5+ years in IT/business systems analysis and information design, with a strong grasp of business processes and information management across different organizational functions
- Interest in Complex Data and Transformative Environments
- Passion for working in complex data domains and dynamic business settings, with a focus on problem-solving and supporting change
- Hands-On Capability in Matrix Environments
- Ability to navigate and contribute effectively in complex, matrixed environments, performing hands-on work when necessary
- Effective Communication and Collaboration
- Excellent communicator and collaborator, engaging multiple technical and business stakeholders and simplifying complex concepts into clear structures
- Agile Mindset and Strategic Decision-Making
- Exhibits an Agile mindset, with a preference for “good enough” solutions and a “Reuse before Buy before Make” approach in solution planning
- Fluency in English and Multinational Experience
- Fluent English language skills with work experience in a multinational, culturally diverse environment

- Exceptional teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
