Lead Oracle EPM ePBCS implementation projects, ensuring all deliverables comply with project standards and requirements
Design and develop techno-functional solutions for Oracle EPM ePBCS, addressing client needs and aligning with best practices
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle
Guide and mentor a team of developers, ensuring alignment with project goals and adherence to development standards
Ensure compliance of project deliverables with industry standards, best practices, and organizational policies
Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning new technologies and adapting solutions to evolving client needs and technological advancements
Conduct detailed analysis of client requirements and translate them into functional specifications for the ePBCS implementation
Oversee the testing and validation of ePBCS solutions to ensure they meet the specified requirements and perform as expected.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including design documents, user manuals, and progress reports
Identify potential risks and issues related to ePBCS projects and develop mitigation strategies to address them effectively

4+ years of experience in Oracle ePBCS implementation
Proficiency in creating AOP, budget, and forecast models
Demonstrated expertise in Oracle EPM cloud functionality
Strong understanding of Essbase and Calc script; proficiency in groovy scripts
Extensive expertise in developing calculation scripting and groovy scripts
Solid understanding of EPM data integration solutions
Familiarity with diverse financial planning methodologies
Proficiency in English
Experience in other Oracle EPM cloud solutions such as PCMCS, EPRCS, EDMCS, FCCS, etc.
Exposure to leading market EPM technologies like OneStream, Tagetik, etc.
Diverse client-facing experiences.
Proficiency in German
