Develop and execute media plans on LinkedIn with a focus on business and technology content; support Facebook and Instagram campaigns as needed
Assist in the coordination of production for marketing materials
Create and manage marketing campaigns primarily through LinkedIn, leveraging its tools and analytics.
Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns to optimize future initiatives
Collaborate with potential marketing partners to enhance campaign reach and effectiveness
Prepare and edit content for marketing materials, including promotional articles, press releases, and other communications
Manage and update content on the company website, ensuring it is engaging and aligned with marketing goals
Participate in industry events such as trade shows and conferences to represent the company and gather market insights
Work cross-functionally with other departments to gather information and ensure the successful execution of marketing projects
Practical use of foreign languages by working in an international environment

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing role, with a proven track record of managing marketing campaigns
Proficiency in using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
Hands-on experience with advertising platforms, particularly LinkedIn Ads
Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices
Experience managing social media channels for business purposes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
Creative copywriting skills, especially for technical and business content
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends in digital marketing and technology
Ability to monitor competitive activity and industry shifts
Proficient in English (C1 level)
Familiarity with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, and Adobe Illustrator.
Experience in the IT sector or related industries is highly preferred
Knowledge of German and/or Spanish is a plus
