Responsibilities

  • Creating, editing, correcting and translating documentation in English

  • Processing candidates' CVs according to guidelines

  • Updating and maintaining an internal database and website

  • Posting pre-prepared job advertisements on job boards

  • Ensuring compliance with data protection procedures and methods

  • Obtaining GDPR consents from candidates

  • Supporting the recruitment department in ongoing projects

  • Actively assisting the company in current administrative and office tasks

  • Diligently completing assigned tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or currently enrolled in part-time studies (preferred fields: administration; finance, economics, and related disciplines)

  • English language min. B2 - in speech and writing

  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel and Word

  • Organizational skills and the ability to manage work time effectively

  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and conscientiousness in tasks

  • Ability to work under time pressure

  • Highly developed interpersonal skills and a positive attitude towards people

  • Ability to work in a team
