Responsibilities:

  • Data Integrity Assurance

    Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of the bank's data foundation that supports Group Accounts and financial reporting processes

  • Business Requirements Analysis

    Analyse, document, and test business requirements, both at high-level and detailed levels, to ensure they meet business needs

  • End-User Collaboration

    Work closely with end-users to gather insights, ensuring alignment on objectives and key outcomes for system enhancements and solutions

  • Financial Data Mapping

    Map individual accounts to the balance sheet and profit & loss (P&L) statements using a structured approach to support financial reporting

  • Stakeholder Communication

    Maintain continuous communication with business stakeholders to clarify requirements and expectations, ensuring project goals are met.

  • Developer Coordination

    Collaborate with developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications, facilitating the implementation of solutions

  • Data Validation and Testing

    Perform thorough testing and validation of data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness in financial systems

  • Process Documentation

    Document system processes, workflows, and data flows to maintain transparency and support future enhancements or troubleshooting efforts

  • Regulatory Compliance Support

    Ensure that financial systems and reporting mechanisms comply with regulatory standards and industry best practices

  • Risk Management

    Identify and mitigate risks associated with data integrity and system performance, safeguarding the bank's financial reporting accuracy

    Proven track record in software development, preferably with a focus on frontend technologies

  • Data Collection and Analysis Expertise

    Demonstrated expertise in data collection and analysis methodologies, ensuring high data quality and integrity in financial systems

    Experience in engaging in data modelling techniques to enhance data usability and reporting capabilities

  • SQL Proficiency
