  • Requirements Gathering

    Conduct comprehensive interviews and workshops with stakeholders to collect business requirements and understand the scope of upcoming projects or enhancements.

  • Process Analysis

    Analyze and document current business processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement and potential risks

  • Solution Design

    Develop and propose technology solutions that align with business needs, ensuring that solutions are feasible within the technical environment.

  • Stakeholder Communication

    Act as a liaison between business units and IT, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and deliverables.

  • Documentation and Reporting

    Prepare detailed documentation of business requirements, system specifications, and process maps to support system development and implementation.

  • Project Management Support

    Assist with project management tasks such as scheduling, resource allocation, and timeline tracking to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

What we offer:


  • Professional Experience

    Minimum of 5 to 12 years in relevant roles, with specific experience within the financial sector highly regarded.

  • Scrum Delivery Experience

    Ideally 2-4 years of experience operating within a SCRUM framework, specifically in the financial industry.

  • Regulatory Knowledge

    Solid understanding of compliance obligations including EMIR, MiFID, SFTR, CFTC, Dodd Frank, and related regulations.

  • Asset Class Proficiency

    Broad knowledge across various asset classes, including both Listed (ETD) and OTC products—ranging from Fixed Income (Rates and Credit), Commodities, Equities, to FX. This includes Cash/Spot and Derivatives (Options, Futures, Forwards).

  • Investment Management

    In-depth familiarity with end-to-end Investment Management operations such as Order Management, Trade Execution, Confirmation/Affirmation, Settlement, Collateral Management, and Fund Accounting.

  • Languages Required

    Fluency in English and Polish is essential to effectively support the local client base.

  • Personal Attributes

    Must be inquisitive, capable of effective challenging, and able to manage conflicting stakeholder needs and must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Analytical Skills

    Must be inquisitive, capable of effective challenging, and able to manage conflicting stakeholder needs.

  • Technical Skills

    Candidates with experience in SQL, XML, FpML, FIXML, GitLab, Excel, Alteryx, and PowerBI will have a competitive edge.
