Analyze, design, and implement Data Governance and Data Management (DG&DM) as a service models, aligning with business objectives and industry best practices.
Develop services including data quality management, governance roles, glossaries, catalogs, and data products.
Establish end-to-end service management processes, roles, and responsibilities, ensuring smooth service delivery.
Lead the operationalization and deployment of DG&DM as a service, driving adoption and executing marketing, training, and KPI plans.
Manage backlogs and deliver service improvements through Agile sprints and Program Increments (PI).
Coach teams in Agile methodologies, facilitating key ceremonies and onboarding new members.
Track performance through SAFe KPIs and provide advisory support on best practices in the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
2-3 years of experience in Data Governance and Data Management, including service design and deployment.
Proven experience in launching digital services, preferably data services, or working with Service Management (ITIL) frameworks.
Strong experience in designing processes, roles, and performance metrics in organizational contexts.
Practical, hands-on experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe); experience as an Agile coach, Release Train Engineer (RTE), or Scrum Master is preferred.
Strong presentation and communication skills at all organizational levels, both spoken and written, in English.
Experience working with Azure DevOps, Jira, or other Agile project management tools.
