Responsibilities
- Global Oversight
- Take full ownership of the quality and consistency of CMDB and foundation data within ServiceNow.
- Master Data Management
- Define and standardize critical master data objects, ensuring clarity in sources and usage.
- Data Quality KPIs
- Establish measurable KPIs to evaluate and maintain data integrity.
- Monitoring and Auditing
- Implement regular monitoring and auditing practices to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
- Data Improvement Initiatives
- Lead cross-functional projects to address gaps and enhance data accuracy.
- Collaboration and Communication
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to align data strategies with business objectives.
- Analysis and Reporting
- Conduct in-depth analysis to identify trends and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Process Optimization
- Propose enhancements to data collection and management frameworks for greater efficiency.
Requirements
- Educational Background
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science or Information Management.
- Experience
- Demonstrate at least 5 years of expertise in data governance and quality management, including CMDB.
- Technical Expertise
- Possess advanced knowledge of ServiceNow and data quality tools.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving
- Proven ability to identify complex data issues and develop effective solutions.
- Collaboration Skills
- Excel at engaging with cross-functional teams and articulating data requirements.
- Commitment to Data Quality
- Show a track record of ensuring data reliability and consistency in previous roles.
