Experience level:



  • Contact with potential customers via email, chat, phone, social media

  • Preparation of marketing materials

  • Supporting employees and managers in administrative and/or sales matters directly or via email, chat, phone

  • Troubleshooting problems while maintaining a professional approach to serving the respective stakeholder (various departments inside and outside the company)

  • Collecting and verifying customer data required necessary for the sales department

  • Supporting the recruitment department in sourcing suitable candidates according to the demand

  • Setting priorities to achieve the highest possible results

  • Entering and updating data into systems

  • Fluent level of German language (min C1)

  • Very good knowledge of English language (min. B2)

  • A minimum of one year's experience in sales/recruitment/customer service area

  • Ability to work in a team and manage priorities

  • Ability to work in an orderly and systematic manner, even with repetitive tasks

  • Ability to deal with problems and have a professional approach towards customers
