Act as the primary interface with customer representatives, gathering requirements and providing updates on project progress
Prepare detailed business analysis by collecting and interpreting data from the client, focusing on the insurance sector, particularly claims settlement
Review existing processes and assist the client in optimizing these processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Document the client’s requirements based on the analysis conducted, ensuring that these requirements are clear, complete, and ready for system implementation
Complete assigned tasks within the agreed timelines, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to project deadlines.
Provide regular status updates to the project lead, ensuring that any potential issues or delays are communicated promptly.
Report project status regularly to the Manager and onsite coordinators, providing insights into progress and any challenges encountered
Coordinate and manage travel to customer locations as needed, ensuring that all logistical arrangements are made efficiently
Contribute to building a quality work culture within the team, promoting best practices, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Support the implementation of the client’s requirements into the system, ensuring that the solution aligns with the business analysis and client expectations

Over 3 years of experience in end-to-end implementation of insurance solutions as a Business Analyst
Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team to implement and support insurance platforms for customers.
Expertise in gathering business requirements related to claims settlement, product settings, workflows, and accounting rules from customers.
Ability to translate gathered business requirements into personalized configurations and system setups
Familiarity with at least one insurance platform, such as Guidewire or EIS, used in the insurance industry.
Excellent documentation skills, including the ability to prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Technical Specification Documents (TSD), and Functional Specification Documents (FSD).
Experience working on Agile projects, with the ability to adapt to iterative development and frequent changes in requirements.
Ability to act as a bridge between the client and the development team, translating business requirements into technical language for developers
Strong skills in analyzing and identifying root causes of issues identified during the testing phase, with a focus on effective resolution
Prior work experience in the insurance industry, with a deep understanding of industry-specific processes and requirements
Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
High attention to detail, ensuring that all aspects of the business requirements and documentation are accurate and comprehensive
