Responsibilities:

  • IT Product Ownership

    Manage the VOC product backlog, including definition, grooming, and status monitoring to ensure alignment with business goals.

  • Strategy Development

    Collaborate with the VOC core team to co-develop the product strategy and roadmap, aligning with broader business objectives.

  • Innovation and Testing

    Work with vendors to explore new technologies and capabilities, conducting feasibility studies, and developing proofs of concept, pilots, and demos.

  • Documentation and Training

    Create and refine project documentation, user stories, process diagrams, and training materials to support deployment and operational activities.

  • Stakeholder Engagement

    Support global and affiliate teams in adopting VOC processes through training and hypercare support, ensuring smooth integration and utilization.

  • Technical Support

    Participate in operations by providing advanced level technical support and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders and operational teams.

  • Training and Support

    Develop and conduct operational and technical training sessions for site users and SMEs to maximize the utility of implemented solutions.

Requirements:

  • Professional Experience

    Proven experience in Business Analysis within a large, global IT organization.

  • Technical Proficiency

    Knowledge of enterprise platforms such as Customer Experience Measurement platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey), Marketing Automation Platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud), and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).

  • Analytical Skills

    Strong capability to translate complex customer needs into actionable development tasks.

  • Communication

    Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interface with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Team Collaboration

    Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

  • Language Skills

    Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
