Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for generative AI applications, ensuring all key needs and expectations are captured
Analyze gathered business requirements to ensure they align with the project objectives and the capabilities of generative AI technologies
Create detailed process maps to document current workflows and design future state processes, focusing on how generative AI can enhance existing operations
Facilitate effective communication between business stakeholders and the technical development team to ensure a clear understanding of project goals and requirements
Work closely with the technical team to design and validate AI solutions that meet the documented business requirements
Develop and refine prompts used in generative AI models to ensure outputs are accurate, relevant, and aligned with the intended business goals
Maintain up-to-date documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories, for all stages of the project
Assist in creating detailed test plans for generative AI solutions to ensure they meet business requirements during the development phase
Participate in UAT to validate that the solutions perform as expected and meet the needs of end users
Establish a feedback loop with stakeholders to ensure continuous refinement of generative AI solutions based on user input and evolving requirements
Support the team by documenting and sharing knowledge about the AI solution’s development and helping less experienced team members upskill
Prepare and deliver regular updates to stakeholders on the project’s progress, ensuring alignment with the business goals and timelines
Identify and highlight opportunities for professional growth in AI for team members, especially those less experienced, to enhance their knowledge and skills in the generative AI field

3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with a focus on AI-based solutions and understanding how AI can impact business processes
Proficiency in standard business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio) and methodologies such as requirements gathering, gap analysis, and process mapping
Experience working within teams that follow Agile software development methodologies, including writing user stories, sprint planning, and backlog management
Experience or willingness to quickly learn prompt engineering techniques for generative AI, crafting and refining prompts to ensure accurate model outputs
Intermediate Python scripting experience or a strong willingness to learn scripting necessary for prompt engineering and AI solution optimization
Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks while maintaining a focus on delivering value to stakeholders
A passion for building modern AI-based applications and staying updated with advancements in AI technology and its application in solving business problems
