Responsibilities
- Elicit and Define Requirements
- Gather and define user, functional, and non-functional requirements with precision.
- Facilitate Workshops
- Organize and moderate workshops using techniques like Design Thinking and Google Design Sprint.
- Model Business Processes
- Analyze and document business processes through process modeling, mapping, and conceptual/logical modeling.
- Define Project Scope
- Collaborate with stakeholders to set the scope for projects, releases, and sprints.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders
- Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure alignment with project objectives
- Develop Analytical Artifacts
- Create artifacts such as data dictionaries, decision tables, business rules, and requirements models.
- Translate Requirements
- Convert business requirements into detailed technical specifications and high-quality documentation.
- Ensure Requirements Lifecycle Management
- Track, trace, and manage changes to requirements throughout their lifecycle.
- Support UX Design
- Collaborate with UX specialists, prototype solutions, and design basic wireframes.
- Analyze and Solve Problems
- Anticipate potential problems, analyze root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Promote Agile Practices
- Apply agile principles while understanding differences with waterfall methodologies to suit project needs.
- Collaborate Across Teams
- Work closely with developers, testers, and solution architects to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Lead Multiple Projects
- Manage and deliver results for 2-3 projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and timeliness.
- Synthesize and Communicate Ideas
- Clearly communicate objectives and requirements while providing the right level of detail to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience in Business Analysis
- At least 5 years of experience in business analysis with expert knowledge of BA techniques and practices.
- English Proficiency
- C1 English level with strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
- Domain Expertise
- Experience with projects in the People and Culture domain.
- Workshop Facilitation Skills
- Proven ability to run workshops using techniques like Design Thinking and Google Design Sprint.
- Analytical Thinking
- Demonstrated ability to collect requirements, create use cases, model business processes, and solve problems effectively
- Knowledge of Requirements Techniques
- Practical understanding of user stories, use cases, scenarios, and acceptance criteria.
- Documentation Skills
- Expert ability to create high-quality documentation using clear and precise technical language.
- Agile and Scrum Expertise
- Practical knowledge of agile software development processes and Scrum frameworks.
- Stakeholder Management
- Experience managing stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and requirements.
- UX Collaboration
- Understanding of UX principles, User-Centered Design processes, and prototyping techniques.
- Project Management Skills
- Proven ability to lead and manage multiple projects in parallel.
- Analytical Artifacts Creation
- Ability to develop artifacts like process models, data dictionaries, and decision tables.
