Analyze internal and external data to identify and uncover opportunities for synergies between DIA and Pharma, supporting strategic decision-making
Create interactive visualizations and dashboards that clearly present complex data insights to stakeholders, facilitating better understanding and engagement
Assist in supporting the four-step partnering processes by providing data-driven insights and recommendations at each stage
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain roadmaps for DIA and Pharma opportunity management, ensuring alignment with project objectives
Work on the integration of current systems, such as DIA ROME and Pharma DASH, into a cohesive framework for data management and visualization

At least 5 years of experience with Business Objects XI (Web Intelligence, Desktop Intelligence, Crystal Reports, Designer, Information Design Tool, Xcelsius) or Tableau Software (Tableau Desktop)
Wide knowledge of data warehousing concepts and best practices
Very good knowledge of data modeling and data warehouse modeling techniques
Familiarity with ETL tools for data extraction, transformation, and loading processes
Good knowledge of SQL for data querying and manipulation
Strong ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with strong articulation of complex ideas
5+ years of experience in at least one of the following reporting tools: Tableau, Tibco Spotfire, SSRS, or SAP Business Objects
At least 2 years of experience in design and usability in Business Intelligence (BI) solutions
Ability to design and prototype BI solutions based on business requirements and user needs
Capability to provide realistic estimates for BI projects, collaborating with other BI developers as needed
Understanding of the best testing strategies for various BI solutions to ensure quality and reliability
Ability to negotiate and discuss possible BI solutions with stakeholders, taking into account the available toolset and knowledge
Willingness to customize standard BI tools, understanding the pros and cons of standard versus custom solutions

Familiarity with Alteryx for advanced data analytics and visualization tasks
