Seargin is looking for an UI/UX Designer

Main tasks for the UI/UX Designer will be:

• Being a part of the eCommerce team that is responsible for developing usecase and userfriendly oriented design proposals and mockups
• Participating in requirement discussions, developing ideas and working out concepts, creating high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes and collaborating with engineers and product owners to deploy his/her designs
• Taking part in UI/UX acceptance testing
• Working with iterative methods for continuous adjustment and optimization. Reviewing with the business stakeholders and the development team

The Candidate should have:

• At least 3 years of professional background as a UI/UX designer of Applications or interactive Media (supported by a portfolio)
• 3 years of experience with UX wireframe software i.e. Justinmind, Figma, Prototyper, InVision
• Expertise in design/prototyping tools like Sketch, Figma, Zeplin (Adobe Creative Suite)
• Experience in:
  • Scrum methodology
  • Software technical, visual realizations of User Interfaces (e.g. HTML / CSS or ideally/preferred XAML)
• Ability to concentrate on Functionality, clear structures and Human Centered Design
• Capability to balance creative and business solutions
• Familiarity with and interest in “State of the Art” Designs/Methods as well as UI/UX best practices and technologies (Frameworks)
• Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient and solution-oriented attitude
• Superb analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
• Great English skills (written and spoken)

It would be a plus if the Candidate had: 

• Familiarity with the conception of complex, digital solutions and applications – software area (UWP)
