Seargin is looking for a Test Manager with German

• Position: Test Manager with German

The Candidate should have:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
• At least 5 years of proven test specialist experience
• ISTQB certificate or similar
• Significant experience of creating test methods and test plans
• Experienced in Overview of Test Cases, organizing of test including execution of test cases, dealing with defects
• Experience of a range of software testing types including functional, non-functional, regression, integration, UAT
• Knowledge and experience of leading software testing, including where both internal and 3rd parties are involved
• Understanding of software architecture
• Very good knowledge of written and spoken German
• Strong communication skills, problem solver and able to influence shareholders view toward quality assurance tasks
• Professional and responsible approach to work with customer focus
• Creativity, independence and successful management of your time
• Organizing, delivering and managing the testing effort for any given engagement.
• Experience in HPE ALM technology including creating dedicated reports
• Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient and solution-oriented attitude
• Superb analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
• Great English skills (written and spoken)

It would be a plus if the Candidate had: 

• Experience
  • software testing Banking Systems and apps
  • test process definition and improvement of test process
  • working in a distributed/remote team
