The main tasks for the Technical Consultant / IAM will be:

• ​Working in an agile development team that is responsible for setting up, operating and developing one of the world's largest identity management systems with over 600,000 identities and 3,200 managed applications
• Conducting structured analysis, evaluating and documenting the requirements for the identity management platform
• Preparing the specifications in coordination with internal and external contacts
• Implementing the requirements on the IdM platform (One Identity Manager), coordinating the external developers or introducing the development independently
• Supporting all projects on the IdM platform as well as the respective support/integration and operations teams
• Analyzing the external IAM market and assessing the impact on tomorrow's internal IAM processes

The Candidate should have:

• University degree in (business) informatics or comparable qualification
• Following personality traits: enthusiastic, self-reliant
• Working way: analytical, capable of abstraction, structured, conceptual thinking
• Several years of professional background as an IAM consultant, in the design of complex enterprise IT solutions and in the systematic analysis of customer requirements and the structured creation of specifications
• Deep knowledge of common IT technologies/concepts (e.g. Microsoft SQL databases, Active Directory, PowerShell, scripting, state-of-the-art web technologies & frameworks such as Angular, web services)
• Familiarity with (Quest) One Identity Manager or another IAM system
• Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient, and solution-oriented attitude
• Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
• Great English skills (written and spoken)
