The main tasks for the Technical Application Consultant will be:

• Ensuring a close contact with application users in daily activities
• Working agile in the Application Consultants team and through team efforts, succeeding with the ambitions for Global Technical Application Services
• Maintaining and protecting existing production infrastructure and application components
• Participating in application lifecycle management activities and projects across Company
• Collaborating with architects, IT engineers and other key stakeholders to design and implement new projects

The Candidate should have:

• Proficiency in building stakeholder relations and want to contribute to team successes
• Good skills in planning, organising, and communicating tasks in an open and constructive environment, where English is the corporate language
• Experience in supporting distributed applications
• Expertise with server Operating Systems, incl. Windows server and Linux
• Knowledge of at least one type of relationship database: MySQL/MariaDB, MS SQL, Oracle
• Experience with web server and application server technologies
• Basic understanding of network and firewall concepts.
• Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient, and solution-oriented attitude
• Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
• Great English skills (written and spoken)
