Seargin is looking for a Team Manager

  • Position: Team Manager
  • Technologies: Team Manager, Software Development, Agile, DevOps
  • Localization: remote/Warsaw
  • Area: Project
  • Form of employment: Permanent Employment Contract

Main tasks for the Team Manager will be:
  • Manage team up to 30 people who specialize in development and maintaining software
  • Creating culture focused on delivering business outcome, agility, collaboration, teamwork and accountability
  • Carry on the recruitment process and development of talents
  • Coaching, motivating and support people to grow
  • Fostering high-performing teams
  • Cooperate with a wide range of business shareholders to guarantee alignment on business goals, progress and deliverables
  • Provide transparency, communication and great partnership
  • Take part in defining technical solutions as a partner for Architects and Developers
  • Management of Expectations from the Business Shareholders
  • Take care of the business and financial effects of the technical decisions
  • Providing Results and Value to CK business through quality software products

The Candidate should have:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience of leading software development team
  • 7 years operative software development experience
  • 3 Experience with lean-agile software development and DevOps culture
  • Experience in working as a part of global, distributed organization
  • Cooperative approach, agile mindset, customer focused
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer engineering or related field
  • Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient and solution-oriented attitude
  • Superb analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
  • Great English skills (written and spoken)
