The main tasks for the Solution Manager will be:

• Conducting strong management, as part of the infrastructure leadership in the delivery organization
• Monitoring the discipline of collective architecture within infrastructure with a constantly updated architectural runway and relevant artifacts
• Collaborating with product owners, enterprise, application, security, and infrastructure architects to incorporate company-wide security architectures and clarify any challenges
• Assuring priority of epic features and enablers, planning of ceremonies, and resources, and budget management

The Candidate should have:

• Experience as a leader in administering programs, people, bigger initiatives, etc.
• Knowledge and experience in the architecture of IT infrastructure in larger environments and matrix organizations
• Broad experience in developing architectures and architecture guidelines or designs for infrastructure technologies within enterprise IT, both cloud and on-premises
• Knowledge of:
  • How to play teams strong using cross-team competencies
  • Agile, SAFE, DevOps, and Application Lifecycle Management
• Professional background in working in global organizations across cultures and times zones
• Motivation by driving change
• Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient, and solution-oriented attitude
• Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
• Great English skills (written and spoken)
