Seargin is looking for a Solution Architect with German

Main tasks for the Solution Architect with German will be:

• Work closely with customers to transform their business issues into successful and effective technology solutions.
• Provide services to our customers in connection with the remediation and mitigation of process risk.
• Identification of particular business requirements for alignment with technology architecture, infrastructure design, vendor selection and technology applying plans.
• Presenting technical skills that support the technology system implementation process.
• Provide expert knowledge in the design and integration level of each project, helping to give specificity to the appropriate architecture, data model, system design and interfacing requirements
• Work closely with customer engagement teams with varied skills and backgrounds. Foster an innovative and inclusive team-focused work area

The Candidate should have:

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum 10 years of professional experience
• Minimum 2 years working experience in an Architect role including: designing, building and maintaining complex  solutions, including cloud-based solutions.
• Operative experience with varied Azure/AWS services.
• Development experience with Java or .Net technologies, enterprise integration patterns and scalable systems design
• Appropriate skills to Simplify design discussions and communicate architectural decisions
• Proven strategic thinking by research client inquiries and emerging problems associated with regulations, industry practice and new application tools.
• Willingness  to travel to the customers locations on need basis (not more than 30-40% of time on average)
• Experience in multiple coding methods and technology architectures
• Appropriate skills to communicate technical cases clearly and successfully to both technical and non-technical audiences, win supporters and spur people to action.
• Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient and solution-oriented attitude
• Superb analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
• Great English skills (written and spoken)

It would be a plus if the Candidate had: 

• Cloud associated certifications
• Good German written and spoken skills
