Main tasks for the Solution Architect will be:

• Play an important role in bridging people, business requirements and infrastructure
• Establish a clean and agile architecture culture
• Embrace team values
• Innovate and keep up with best practices
• Fulfill requirements of a corporate financial institution

The Candidate should have:

• Appropriate skills to correctly articulate, simplify discussion and present design decisions in English is mandatory
• Minimum 2 years of experience working as architect or engineering lead in an international organization
• At least 10 years of experience working in the IT area
• Understanding of cloud native application improvement and deployment patterns
• Self-starter, ability to quickly absorb new information and deal with ambiguity
• Ability to build relationships and influence across organizational boundaries
• Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient and solution-oriented attitude
• Superb analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
• Great English skills (written and spoken)

It would be a plus if the Candidate had: 

• Demonstrated understanding of IT Security (certification or otherwise)
