The main tasks for the Site IT Project Manager  will be:

• Managing and supervising projects designated by site IT Leads (managing project conferences, taking meetings minutes, monitoring limits and deliverables, providing frequent status updates etc.)
• Supporting site IT lead with “Hands-on Work” associated to IT operational remediation: building or improving current SOP and process
• Assisting site IT lead with management and monitoring of IT service delivery actions by IT infrastructure crew and its service providers

The Candidate should have:

• Education Grade IT apprenticeship or higher Field of Study :
  • Information Technology Degree
• Deep experience in Project Management
• Minimum 5 years of IT management/application
• Ability to work in not well-defined organizations
• Structural reasoning and ability to create processes
• Good German Language skills
• High flexibility
• Work Experience :
  • IT Management
  • Implementation
• Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient, and solution-oriented attitude
• Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
• Great English skills (written and spoken)

It would be a plus if the Candidate had: 

• Certificate in Project Mgmt
