The main tasks for the Senior WAM Business Analyst will be:

• Liaising and managing key stakeholders and technical crews to safeguard the efficiently delivered solutions
• Interfacing with the client representatives as and when necessary
• Organizing and oversight workshops with the client, collecting business needs
• Well-timed completion of designated projects
• Regular status reporting to the Manager and onsite managers
• Supporting for testing of established applications/systems
• Build a excellent work philosophy
• Foster teamwork and leading by a good example
• Participating in business-wide people initiatives
• Traveling to clients’ locations on a necessary basis

The Candidate should have:

• 3 years or more experience in end-to-end implementation as Business Analyst in Wealth or Asset managing Business
• Strong expertise in numerous resource classes for example
  • fixed income
  • equity
  • derivatives across the front office
  • middle office and back office for either or both the “buy” and “sell” side of the business
• Capability to collect business needs from our clients and translate these into customized configurations and setup
• Capability to act as a connection between the customer and the Developers, translating the necessity into technological language for the developers
• Introduction to portfolio managing, trade execution, data control, and operations, and portfolio management
• High-level sense of data model and application/business architecture all around the package
• Good practice in the knowledge of customer needs and streamlining them correctly to the crew
• See high-level business needs and convey them to applicable package resources
• Review client procedures and workflows and make suggestions to the customer to increase benefits from the package
• Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient, and solution-oriented attitude
• Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
• Great English skills (written and spoken)

It would be a plus if the Candidate had: 

• Techno-practical understanding of Core Wealth/ Asset management with good coverage to Aladdin platform from BlackRock OR Charles River or any other comparable platform
• Experience with Avaloq, Temenos, Simcorp, or FIS Wealth managing goods
• Experience with Charles River, Aladdin, Bloomberg AIM or other front-office platforms
• The technical practice of working on data know relational data models, SQL queries
• Practice in any or more Oracle, MS SQL, and DB2 databases.
• Advance excel and VBA abilities
• Presentation abilities
