Seargin is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer

• Position: Senior ServiceNow Developer

Main tasks for the Senior ServiceNow Developer will be:

• Managing development and deployment of business processes as well for the analysis of the business requirements before getting to this point or during the development phases
• Leading a team of Consultants during projects or developing architecture of ServiceNow solutions

The Candidate should have:

• Deep understanding of the platform and confidence while working through implementation, customization or maintenance projects.  This can be expressed by:
  • In-depth understanding of NowPlatform architecture – at least 3 years
  • Documented track of product customizations or integrations, implementation, maintenance
  • Professional background in project activities as a Lead Developer, PM or Architect
• Minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow implementation
• Documented experience with at least one programming language (JavaScript, C#, Java or others)
• An awareness of Best Practices in IT industry
• In-depth understanding of ITIL and Agile
• Educational background with university degree (eventually last year) in technical field or economic
• Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient and solution-oriented attitude
• Superb analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
• Great English skills (written and spoken)

It would be a plus if the Candidate had: 

• Knowledge of German or other European language
