Seargin is looking for a Senior Pega Developer

  • Position: Senior Pega Developer
    Location: Remote 
  • Technologies: PEGA, REST, SOAP
  • Type of contract: B2B (freelance)
    Area: Project 

Main tasks for the Senior Pega Developer will be:
  • Designing application using PEGA 8.x platform
  • Enforcing best practice in PEGA architecture/design/coding
  • Guiding the team and mentoring them as required
  • Evaluating and monitoring application quality

The Candidate should have:
  • At least 3 years of experience with PEGA
  • Senior System Architect (PCSSA) certificate
  • Knowledge of:
    • Data structures, data modelling and algorithms
    • Business Process Management
    • Database design, application and web servers, object oriented programming
  • Experience in:
    • The full PRPC implementation cycle
    • REST, SOAP and JMS configuration in PEGA
  • Competencies to determine application infrastructure requirements
  • Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient and solution-oriented attitude
  • Superb analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
  • Great English skills (written and spoken)

It would be a plus if the Candidate had: 
  • Familiarity with:
    • PEGA Admin Studio
    • Basics of JSP, Java and JavaScript
  • System administration skills
  • Proficiency in SQL (Oracle preferred)
