The main tasks for the Senior IS Compliance Assurance Specialist Projects and M&A will be:

• Offering subject expertise in governing parts:
  • SOX
  • Data Privacy
  • Export Control
  • ESG ,others
  • And giving advice to peers and IS Operations how to apply in daily procedures and project performance
• Translating of risk and control managing principles into conditions for IS compliance guarantee
• Giving review and backing services to line organizations on how to set up effective controls in all areas of regulations
• Giving input and advice on deficiency remediation work and how to drive sustainability
• Giving input to defining/producing/organizing training required to grow experience and execution value
• Giving input to all procedures defined in Company’s IC method and according to auditors' needs
• Supporting the construction of necessary audit cycle documents like:
  • Year End Letter
  • Assurance Letter
  • ELCs
• Driving continuous improvements in all relevant processes/tools/procedures/practices/approaches in cooperation with peers and collaborators in ICA organization
• Assessing sections for process upgrading and standardization, drive bye in and application
• Driving control automation and productivity in execution
• Agreeing on effectiveness targets and safeguarding fulfillment
• Supporting colleagues and IS GRC to constantly grow accordance recognition
• Committing' to act within given authority set up, accepting overall Company operating model values corresponding to agreed RACI specification.
• Proactively functioning with Corporate IS GRC to grasp regulatory conditions as well as Company methods in Risk Management and IS Compliance Assurance. Faithfulness to Corporate IS Policies and Methods, as well as to corresponding internal principles and external legislation falls within the area of responsibility of this job.
• Offering knowledge, consultation, and teaching for all features of IS Compliance Assurance in the 1st line of security crews to safeguard that organization and business organization maintain a robust IS Compliance control setting over financial reporting
• Building familiarity and proficiency as applicable within the IS organization
• Providing guidance to temporary work crews, directing and observing duties conclusion, and sharing expert expertise and advice normally without carrying line accountability.

The Candidate should have:

• Master’s Degree in:
  • Information Science and Technology,
  • Business Administration,
  • Audit/Assurance associated field
• 10 years of hands-on proficiency in:
  • IT operations,
  • compliance,
  • risk management,
  • IT audit and/or IT controls
• Capability to grasp rules and legislations and the impact on IS
• Good familiarity with the business framework, standards, and practices (COBIT, ITIL, CMMI, ISO 2700x, etc.)
• IS/IT procedures expertise
• Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient, and solution-oriented attitude
• Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
• Great English skills (written and spoken)
