The main tasks for the Senior Digital Finance Consultant will be:

• Cooperating with our account and engagement teams to create value by driving transformation efforts for the improvement of existing R2R / FP&A / P2P processes
• Helping clients in their Business Transition tasks from a functional side
• Performing rapid finance process evaluation of current landscape for clients and providing insights to accelerate action
• Holding finance processes assessments, deep diving and analyzing pain areas, and finding the solutions
• Providing analyst support to transformation projects, including business requirement gathering, process evaluation, process mapping, and creation of implementation frameworks to transition and operationalize the new business process
• Speaking credibly and confidently about our solution and how it can be used to solve business process issues
• Implementing your core skills (particularly Management Accounting and FP&A) to lead the initiative that creates client confidence
• Bringing diverse and thought-provoking perspectives, including relevant market trends, new and innovative ideas from your experience, and the company’s points of view to explore solutions

The Candidate should have:

• Professional background and strong knowledge in finance and accounting functions in at least two domains – R2R / FP&A
• Deep understanding of financial reports and statements
• Familiarity with the following areas: Financial Consolidation, Cost Allocation, Finance Planning, and Budgeting Processes
• Background in Account Reconciliations, Journals, Transaction matching, Variance analysis, Intercompany, and Fixed Assets Accounting / Management Accounting
• Understanding of key financial close activities during Month / Quarter / Annual close periods
• Advanced knowledge of ledger and sub-ledger systems
• Ability to:
  • Provide accounting advice and guidance on various process-related topics
  • Work in a project environment where you can demonstrate your core consulting / problem-solving skills, approach, and mindset
• Proficiency in storytelling, data visualization, and analysis
• Commercial acumen, technical experience, and willingness to learn new things in this fast-moving environment
• Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient, and solution-oriented attitude
• Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
• Great English skills (written and spoken)
