Seargin is looking for a Senior C++ Software Developer

  • Position: Senior C++ Software Developer

The main tasks for the Senior C++ Software Developer will be:
  • Developing new product capabilities
  • Providing fixes for defects
  • Collaborating with Team Lead, Product Owner, and QA engineer to deliver Sprint Goal

The Candidate should have:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Senior C++ Developer
  • Solid knowledge of
    • Modern C++ (11+)
    • Unit Testing framework (nice to have Google Test)
  • Performance focused development
  • Multithreading
  • Ability to perform unsupervised work with software documentation
  • Knowledge of the below areas :
    • C++ basics
    • C++ libraries familiarity (boost, STL)
    • Linux basics
    • Algorithmic thinking (Algorithm complexity)
    • Data structures
    • Advanced C++ (templates, multithreading, etc.)
    • Design Patterns and Clean code
    • Testing (unit testing, Google mocks, performance testing, component, acceptance and others)
    • Git, CI/CD, Jenkins, microservices architecture
    • Cloud knowledge (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient, and solution-oriented attitude
  • Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
  • Great English skills (written and spoken)

It would be a plus if the Candidate had: 
  • Knowledge of technologies like
    • Google Cloud Platform
    • Valgrind
    • Perf (any other for measuring performance and memory consumption)
    • Protobuf
    • Bazel
    • Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)
