Seargin is looking for a Senior Business Consultant      

  • Position: Senior Business Consultant
  • Technologies: Fadata, Guidewire, Jira
  • Localization: Warsaw/Wrocław and remote
  • Area: Project
  • Form of employment: Freelance contract/Permanent
  • Experience Level: Senior

Main tasks for the Senior Business Consultant will be:
  • Working with following technologies: Fadata, Guidewire, Jira

The Candidate should have:
  • Significant Knowledge of insurance business and processes in minimum two of Non-Life/Life/Health Lines of Business
  • Understanding of Market Standards for Insurance including Country Layers
  • 3-6 years of experience in Fadata or similar technology (Guidewire, TIA, etc)
  • Experience in
    • supervising medium-sized teams on projects
    • Jira, Confluence and other standard business technologies
    • Problem Management (identification, investigation, resolution, escalation, follow-up)
  • Performs testing of functionalities, modules and delivered tasks
  • Team and detail-oriented, productive and solution-oriented attitude
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and ability to work independently and also in a team
