Seargin is looking for a Senior BI Engineer

The main tasks for the Senior BI Engineer will be:

• SAP Data Services ETL or Reporting work
• PL/SQL work
• Identifying the cause of a bug in data logic populating DWH and releasing a bug fix as well as a historic data fix

The Candidate should have:

• 5 years of working background in a technical role
• Experience in
  • SAP Data Services and Business Objects products
  • Using Java or .Net
• Knowledge of Business Intelligence / Data Warehousing concepts
• Ability to handle Analysis, Development and support operational needs
• Fast learner, Team Player, Requires minimal supervision
• Proficiency in PL/SQL – Oracle and MS SQL technologies
• Familiarity with MS products: Office 365, MS Teams
• Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient, and solution-oriented attitude
• Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
• Great English skills (written and spoken)

It would be a plus if the Candidate had: 

• Knowledge of
  • Azure, PowerBI, Gateways etc.
  • JIRA workflow and time recording
• Ability to work with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Familiarity with XML
