Seargin is looking for a Scrum Master / Agile Coach

The main tasks for the Scrum Master / Agile Coach will be:

• Working in the role of Scrum Master for two agile teams
• Acting as Agile Coach for the team, the department and organization
• Supporting the dev team to become independent, self-organized and multidisciplinary
• Conducting training to the team to improve its way of working
• Ensuring Agile and Scrum is understood and conducted effectively with the team following agile theory, practice and guidelines
• Leading and coaching the Scrum Teams in applying Agile practices and principles to deliver high quality products and services to customers
• Collaborating and leading value-based deliveries with the Product Owner and Team
• Supporting the Product Owner in managing the backlog and leading the team while facilitating a healthy intra-team dynamic with respect to priorities and scope
• Removing obstacles to let the team focus on work and follow Agile practices
• Supporting coordination of work between teams with dependencies
• Assisting teams focused on technical and quality excellence, as well and continuous integration and fast delivery cycles
• Participating in our communities, collaborating with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to grow within the role and contribute to the development of Agile practices

The Candidate should have:

• Solid overall IT knowledge
• Passion for agile, continuous learning and improvement
• Minimum 3 years of working experience as Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a multicultural organization
• Expertise in variety of Agile approaches
• Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient, and solution-oriented attitude
• Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
• Great English skills (written and spoken)

It would be a plus if the Candidate had:
