The main tasks for the Scrum Master will be:

• Driving transformation and developing the crew on our agile journey, in cooperation with other scrum masters, IT product owners, and the agile crew leadership
• Aiding crew associates as a leader who serves, by staying sensitive to the setting in the agile team and its requirements
• Addressing acts and solving team obstructions when required, through facilitation and training
• Aiding the delivery train engineer in receiving a clear overview of crew deliveries
• Taking the lead in improving our activities and IT solutions through crew or program-level presentations
• Easing agile events and helping the product owner keep the backlog in great shape.

The Candidate should have:

• Certificate of scrum master with solid proficiency from different crews or enterprises, if possible from the infrastructure area
• Can construct a psychologically safe setting where people perform at their best and work collectively as a crew
• Proactive attitude
• Ability to concentrate on improving the crew’s performance by refining processes and team dynamics
• Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient, and solution-oriented attitude
• Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
• Great English skills (written and spoken)

It would be a plus if the Candidate had: 

• Previous experience in a scaled agile setup (SAFe or similar frameworks) and are involved in the agile community.
