The main tasks for the Scrum Master will be:

• Driving shift and improving the team on our agile expedition in partnership with other:
  • scrum masters
  • product owners
  • and the agile crew leadership
• Assisting the crew and team members, alleviating risks, optimizing utilization and flow to keep the crew on plan, and safeguarding accomplishments
• Constantly checking in with the scrum squad and tackling problems when necessary
• Owning and enabling the scrum procedures across 1-2 squads and maintaining aligned with the other scrum masters
• Enabling agile ceremonies and assisting the product owner keep the backlog in good shape.

The Candidate should have:

• Openness to direct cooperation with the business
• Certificate of scrum master with strong skill, if possible in the cloud area
• Emphasis on improving the team performance by enhancing processes and team dynamics.
• Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient, and solution-oriented attitude
• Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
• Great English skills (written and spoken)
