The main tasks for the Scrum Master will be:

• Supporting customers on their business and organizational transformation journey
• Being a trusted advisor in SM issues to both clients and colleagues
• Providing consultation and recommendations based on client’s requirement
• Developing relationships with team members across all company practices to meet client needs

The Candidate should have:

• Completed studies in business, technology, science or engineering field
• Professional working experience in
  • Delivery through any Agile development framework (SCRUM, SAFe, NEXUS, LeSS, APMG AGILE PM) for minimum 3 years
  • Effective implementation of Agile and Lean principles as SCRUM Master for minimum 2 years
  • Project management role (PM), preferably in large-scale project or program within distributed multicultural environments for minimum 4 years
• Solid knowledge of
  • Techniques used by SCRUM Master, Agile PM, PO
  • Agile methods and techniques (e.g. SCRUM on team level, SAFe on project level)
  • Agile management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Agile Manager, Azure DevOps),
  • Microsoft Office, MS project, MS Share Point, and other project management tools.
• Experience as an agile-driven facilitator to senior stakeholders in international, multicultural organization
• At least one of certifications: CSM/PSM, SAFe Prince 2, PMP, Agile PM, PMI-ACP
• Willingness to travel
• Ability to address senior stakeholders using the appropriate level of details, terminology and communication tailored to the target
• Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient, and solution-oriented attitude
• Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
• Great English skills (written and spoken)

It would be a plus if the Candidate had: 

• Experience in change management, business analysis and process transformations
• Certificate in Six Sigma or/and Business Analysis
• Familiarity with
  • Agile Coach role in large-scale agile-driven projects
  • Introducing large-scaled agile framework for multi-team project in scale
  • Working at consulting companies
• Other European language
